Shipping Policy

• All orders are on a Pre-Order basis
• The cases are Made to Order ( MTO ) when PO is placed
• Production Lead time is expected to be around 6 - 10 months
• All ETAs are estimated and subject to changes without prior notice
• Shipping times are estimated at 3 - 7 working days upon dispatch

Shipping Rates

• The Estimate shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Shipping charges WILL NOT be billed to you upon order. Will only be billed before container sail (North America customers) or before courier (All countries except North America customers) 
• Shipping will be handled by DHL or UPS
• ModuCase are shipped out in flat packs

We ship to most of the states and territories in Australia. If no shipping cost can be calculated, please email info@moduspace.sg with your order details, and we will manually calculate the shipping cost for you.

Shipping status

• Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking number from the courier company (DHL or UPS).
