Moduspace Black Friday Flash 2025 — Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

The Moduspace Black Friday Flash Rewards campaign (“Promotion”) is organized by Moduspace Pte. Ltd., and runs from October 17 to November 2, 2025 across the official website www.moduspace.sg.
During the Promotion, limited daily discount coupons and reward point offers will be available to eligible customers, subject to the terms below.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is active on the following dates only:

October 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 31, November 1, and November 2, 2025.

Each day’s flash sale begins at

• SG - Singapore Time - 17Th Oct, Friday, 0000hrs
• US - New York Time - 17Th Oct, Friday, 0000hrs
• EU/UK - Germany Time - 17th Oct, Friday, 0000hrs
• AU - Australian Central Standard Time - 25th Oct, Friday 0000hrs
• Asia - Singapore Time - 17th Oct, Friday, 0000hrs

and continues until all coupons are claimed or the day ends at 11:59 PM, whichever occurs first.

FLASH SALES 2024 Discount Rates:

• SG / US / EU/ AU / Asia - 20% + 5% Credit Back (minimum purchase of 1500)

3. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to all customers aged 18 and above who make purchases directly from www.moduspace.sg.

• Employees, affiliates, resellers, and distributors of Moduspace are not eligible to participate.

• Each customer account may redeem only one flash-sale coupon per day.

4. Flash Sale Coupons

• A maximum of five (5) flash-sale coupons will be available each day during the Promotion Period.

• Each coupon entitles the holder to a 20% discount on qualifying Moduspace products.

• Coupons are valid only on the day of release and cannot be reused or extended.

• Coupon codes are applied on a first-come, first-served basis and are valid only while supplies last.

• Coupons cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional codes, vouchers or credits

5. Reward Credit (5% Credit Back)

• Customers who successfully complete a purchase using a flash-sale coupon will receive Moduspace Points equivalent to 5% of the total post-discount purchase value.

• Credits will be credited to the customer’s account within 48 hours after successful order confirmation and paid deposit.

• Moduspace Points can be redeemed for future purchases during Black Firday Sales.

• Credits cannot be used to offset shipping price

• Expired credits will not be reinstated or refunded.

6. Transferable Credits

• Reward points earned from this Promotion are transferable once to another Moduspace account.

• Transfers must be initiated by the original point holder through their Moduspace account dashboard. Click this link to transfer your credits to another account.

• Once transferred, the receiving user becomes the sole owner of the points, and further transfers are not permitted.

• Moduspace is not responsible for incorrect transfers or errors made by users during the transfer process.

7. Qualifying Products

• The flash-sale coupons apply only to selected Moduspace display cases and accessories as listed on the campaign page.

• Certain products, including gift cards, limited-edition items, or third-party collaborations, may be excluded.

• Moduspace reserves the right to modify eligible items at any time without prior notice.

8. Refunds & Exchanges

• Orders placed under this Promotion are subject to Moduspace’s standard return and warranty policies.

• If a product purchased with a flash-sale coupon is returned, any credited Moduspace Points will be deducted from the customer’s account.

• In case of partial refunds, points and discounts will be recalculated proportionally.

• Transferred or redeemed points cannot be refunded or reversed.

9. Fraud, Abuse, and Errors

• Moduspace reserves the right to cancel any transaction or disqualify participants found engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity.

• Any system errors, glitches, or misuse of coupons will result in the immediate revocation of the offer and/or Moduspace Points.

10. Changes and Termination

• Moduspace reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or its terms at any time without prior notice, if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or system issues.

• In such cases, Moduspace will make reasonable efforts to notify users via its website or social media channels.

11. Liability Limitation

Moduspace shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from:

• Coupon unavailability,

• Late or missed participation,

• Website downtime or connectivity issues, or

• Errors in point crediting or transfer.

All decisions made by Moduspace regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
