Moduspace Black Friday Sales 2025 — Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

The Moduspace Black Friday Sales Campaign (“Promotion”) is organized by Moduspace Pte. Ltd. and runs from 4th November to 30th November 2025 across the following official websites:

During the Promotion, automated discount codes and reward Credits will be available to eligible customers, subject to the terms below.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is active from 4th November to 30th November 2025.

Discount codes are automatically applied at checkout, subject to minimum spend requirements:

During the campaign, all Credits earned from the Flash Sale Campaign will be stackable with the automated Black Friday discounts.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all customers who make purchases directly from the official Moduspace websites listed above.

Employees, affiliates, resellers, and distributors of Moduspace are not eligible to participate.
Each customer account may use the automated discount code once per qualifying purchase, as determined by the system.

4. Discount Application

Discounts are applied automatically at checkout once the minimum spend threshold is met.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, vouchers, or non-qualifying offers, except for Credits earned from the Flash Sale Campaign.

  • All discounts are final at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied.

5. Reward Credits Stackability

Customers who have earned Coupon Credits from the Flash Sale Campaign may redeem them during the Black Friday Sales Campaign.

  • Credits are stackable with the automated Black Friday discounts.

  • Credits redeemed during this period cannot offset shipping costs.

  • Expired or transferred Credits cannot be reinstated or refunded.

6. Qualifying Products

The automated Black Friday discounts apply only to selected Moduspace display cases and accessories listed on the campaign page.

Certain products — including gift cards, limited-edition items, and third-party collaborations — may be excluded.
Moduspace reserves the right to modify eligible products at any time without prior notice.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Orders placed under this Promotion are subject to Moduspace’s standard return and warranty policies.

  • If a product purchased using the automated Black Friday discount is returned, any redeemed Credits will be deducted from the customer’s account.

  • In the case of partial refunds, Credits and discounts will be recalculated proportionally.

  • Transferred or redeemed Credits cannot be refunded or reversed.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Errors

Moduspace reserves the right to cancel any transaction or disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity.
Any system errors, misuse of discounts, or detected abuse will result in revocation of discounts and/or Credits.

9. Changes and Termination

Moduspace reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or its terms at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or system issues.
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify users via official website or social media channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

Moduspace shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience resulting from:

  • Discount unavailability,

  • Late or missed participation,

  • Website downtime or connectivity issues, or

  • Errors in Credit crediting or discount application.

All decisions made by Moduspace regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
